Swerve Drive Test Chassis
Designed for a CNC I wish I had. If this were to be made it would be a test platform for programmers and robot to use at demos.
Battery Cart
Designed to store and charge 8 FRC Legal Batteries. It is incredibly overbuilt to last a while and handle excessive abuse while moving it around.Â
2021 Competition Concept
This was a robot design for Infinite Recharge. The goal of this was to make a competitive robot design with the tools and capabilities 830 had.
Super Light Swerve Drive
The purpose of this design was to challenge myself. It is made with incredibly aggressive pocketing to reduce weight.
Weight per Module: 3.15lbs
Speed: 13-15 Feet/Second
2020 Climber
This climber was a challenge to design because of incredibly restrictive packaging constraints. It uses constant force springs to extend and winches down once attached to the bar. The final product was 2x2x25 with protrusions to the side at the top and bottom.
Machining Projects
2020 Drivetrain
This drivetrain uses a non-adjustable chain distance. This reduces weight and volume needed by excluding chain tensioners but made it much more challenging for me to machine at +/- 2 thou over ~13 in.
Battery Cart
Built over a winter break with another student. Uses the design from further above.
Electrical Systems
2019 Electrical Board
Our 2019 had a large open space behind the elevator, I took advantage of it when designing the board resulting in some very clean and easy to diagnose wire runs.
2020 Robot
I was helped when we wired the robot by other students but this year was the first year I planned the wire runs out in CAD to allow for CNC cut tie downs, mounting holes, and wiring passthroughs.
